Customer Support Engineer

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (D4/ S1)

  2. Fresh graduate are welcome but has experience in servicing analytical equipment (X-Ray and/ or Electron Microscope) is a plus

  3. Good communication in English and Bahasa

  4. Excellent customer service oriented and problem solving

  5. A good team player and can work seamlessly with cross functional teams

  6. Willing to work on site throughout Indonesia

Responsibilities:

  1. Have capability and experience in servicing analytical equipment

  2. The ability to solve problems and demonstrates

  3. Adapts to changing circumstances to achieve goals and meet new or changing demands of the job

  4. Establishes good relationships with customers and staff which will assist in managing conflicts as they arise

  5. Shares expertise and knowledge with others. Uses technology to achieve work objectives
