Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries via call, email, chat, and WhatsApp, providing product and service information.
Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service to meet quality standards.
Maintain ownership of customer tickets, ensuring proper follow-ups with relevant departments.
Coordinate with multi-department to solve customers issue.
Requirements:
Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
English proficiency is an advantage.
