Job Requirement: 1. Solid data communication technology, communication and coordination skills, over all planning a bility, management capabilities 2. Familiar with transmission device commissioning, operation and maintenance of transmission network equipment, optimization, and ensuring stable operation of the network; 3. Be able to handle network failures and solve network technical problems in time 4. Familiar with OSPF, ISIS, BGP and other network protocols.
Job Responsibility : 1. Responsible for the entire backhaul network, including AR, CR and Switch. 2. Coordinateand management Datacom team to complete weekly reports, monthly reports and BAST acceptace, and communicate directly with customers 3. Familiar with IPRAN architecture and data configuration specifications and procedures, and be able to independently complete IPRAN data configuration. 4. Proficient in the troubleshooting process, clear in the troubleshooting ideas, and able to guide other engineers to complete the troubleshooting5. Possess training ability, formulate training objectives, plans, implementation and test results
