Your Responsibilities:

  • Learn and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Apply OKR (Objectives and Key Results) for structured project management
  • Implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for continuous campaign improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising
  • Collaborate actively in team discussions and share creative ideas
  • Maintain a positive, detail-oriented approach with strong time management skills
  • Be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Always be curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow with the team
  • Meet tight deadlines while keeping creativity and enthusiasm high

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Enjoys problem-solving and thinking outside the box
  • Able to speak English at a working proficiency level

What Youll Learn & Practice:

  • Understanding marketing funnels and how they convert
  • Setting up and launching ads using Google Ads
  • Conducting keyword research for ad targeting
  • Writing compelling ad copy and implementing tags using Google Tag Manager
  • Creating ad extensions for optimized visibility
  • Managing and optimizing ad performance
  • Interpreting ad data to draw actionable insights

Key Skills (Required):

  • Interpreting Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads dashboards
  • Copywriting for digital ad campaigns
  • Strong creative thinking
  • Ability to analyze data for performance improvements
