Digital Marketing Associate (Internship)

Responsibilities :

• Create and manage digital content, both visual and copy, for campaigns across social media platforms, including content ideation support and content execution

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, monitor key campaign metrics, audit content quality, and compile performance reports to support data-driven strategies

• Collect and interpret data from platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads to optimize ongoing and future marketing initiatives

• Assist in daily digital marketing operations, including campaign setup, KOL support, and cross-functional collaboration

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and continuously contribute innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and internal workflows

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to help inform strategic direction and positioning

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in related field

• Preferably 1+ years of experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they have relevant skills, a passion for digital marketing, or a strong portfolio

• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust ad content strategies accordingly

• Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with the ability to handle camera equipment for shooting content

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and the customer journey

• Familiarity with investments, finance, fintech, and gold

• Ability to use creative tools; proficiency in both image and video tools is a plus

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
