Digital Marketing IT Support

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual to join our team, who is capable of managing digital content creation and supporting basic IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across digital platforms, designing engaging visual content, and maintaining the companys internal IT systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelors degree in Communication, Graphic Design, IT, Marketing, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a similar role

• Proficient in managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Skilled in graphic design tools such as AdobePhotoshop, CorelDraw, or Canva

• Able to create visually appealing content for social media, websites, and digital promotions

• Experienced in creating promotional materials like posters, banners, social media feeds, and stories

• Capable of producing short video content (basic editing using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)

• Able to manage and update company website content

• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware & software (computers, printers, networks)

• Capable of installing and configuring IT devices (PCs, software, networks)

• Able to manage and regularly back up internal company data securely

• Understanding of basic computer networks (LAN, WiFi, IP addresses, routers, and network security)

• Able to assist with daily IT system maintenance and provide technical support to employees

• (Plus point) Understanding of basic HTML/CSS or simple programming for website or landing page needs
