Digital Marketing Leader Beauty Clinic

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google, and other relevant platforms.

• Manage and enhance our online presence, including website performance and social media engagement.

• Collaborate closely with the content team to produce compelling visuals, captions, and video scripts aligned with brand voice.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.

• Take full ownership of Kefir Derma Express social media channels, boosting brand awareness and follower engagement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, including KOLs and external vendors.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the beauty and skincare industry.

• Capable of writing creative copywriting and content briefs that convert.

• Familiar with website maintenance and basic design editing tools

• Strategic, data-driven, with a growth mindset and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing for a beauty clinic or skincare brand.

• Aged under 30 years old.

• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and enjoys working in a team-based environment.
