Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
  • Planning, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Collaborate with Manager to develop and implement strategies for promotional activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns (email, whatsapp, in-app) to increase conversions.
  • Analyze CRM performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or software development industries
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and campaign reporting
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of B2B lead generation and conversion optimization strategies
