Job Description
Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
Build and test campaign structures, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, and placement strategy.
Run A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Deliver campaign performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
Execute short-term marketing strategies to achieve quick wins while supporting long-term goals.
Lead and manage mid-to-large scale marketing projects, including cross-team coordination and performance monitoring.
Guide the team in crafting high-converting content strategies, with a strong mastery of HOOKS, branding, storytelling, and audience engagement to maximize ROAS.
Analyze digital marketing trends and consumer behavior, then translate them into actionable strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to align short-term execution with long-term vision.
Requirement
Male/Female with minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specialized in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Proficient in tracking & data tools (Pixel, GA4, Conversion API, GTM).
Strong leadership skills: able to inspire, guide, and drive the team toward results.
Proven track record in leading mid-to-large scale marketing projects with measurable impact.
Creative thinker with out-of-the-box ideas and bold execution.
Confident and active on social media (personal content/portfolio presence is a strong plus).
Always up-to-date with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and pop culture.
Highly result-driven, with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
