About the role

What youll be doing

• Developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search, social media, and email

• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and using data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience

• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

• Generating detailed performance reports and providing recommendations for improvement

• Supporting the broader marketing team in achieving the companys overall objectives

What were looking for

• Bachelor degree form any major 

• Proven experience in digital marketing 1-3 years with a strong understanding of search engine optimization, social media marketing, and data analysis

• SEO, SEM & PPC

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations to stakeholders

• A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop new strategies to drive results

• Preferably from FMCG  Industry or Agency
