Disbursment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Third Party (TP) Billing & Settlement: Handle daily checking, approval/rejection, and monitoring of TP submissions and settlements through XM system, ensuring alignment with SOP.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Organize and submit supporting documents along with daily TP reports to Accounting; prepare monthly TP reports and reconcile with Accounting.

  • Outstanding TP Monitoring: Track and follow up on outstanding TP nearing due dates (>20 days), perform monthly data cleansing and ensure settlement accuracy.

  • E-Banking Transactions: Execute and monitor related transactions via e-banking platforms in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Healthcare Benefit Processing: Process benefit claims through Glass system, AdMedika, and MRI platforms.

  • Email Correspondence & Coordination: Respond to daily emails and coordinate with HRD regarding salary deduction reports and outstanding matters.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in reimbursement or benefit administration; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Familiar with billing systems (e.g., XM), e-banking processes, and benefit claim platforms is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Visio.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and document analysis.

  • Honest, trustworthy, careful, and thorough in completing tasks.
