Division Head Business Analyst & Perfomance

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in strategic management, finance, or business development, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial position.

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification, PFM (Professional Financial Modeler) certification, and CSEP (Certified Strategy Execution Professional) certification

• Strong analytical skills in conducting financial data analysis as well as business analysis

• Effective communication and presentation skills to deliver reports and recommendations to management.

• Strategic thinking ability to connect data analysis with broader business decision-making and to manage cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

• Facilitate and develop the organizations short- to long-term objectives, including: (1) Identifying growth opportunities, business model innovation, and facilitating initiatives across business units ; (2) Monitoring short- to long-term business trends ; (3) Conducting analysis of competitor and market conditions to contribute to strategic business planning discussions with stakeholders (BOD-BOD-1)

• Conduct financial analysis, including: (1) Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation ; (2) Evaluating and developing financial models for potential mergers, acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and joint venture opportunities ; (3) Analyzing and managing medium- to long-term capital expenditures.

• Collaborate with internal parties, including management, division heads, and cross-functional teams, to ensure that all efforts are aligned with the organizations objectives.

• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to management and other stakeholders, communicating information and recommendations to achieve strategic objectives.

• Conduct business analysis related to product research, industry, market, competitor analysis, policies, and other relevant areas as needed, as well as prepare reports and analyses based on the findings.
