Division Operation Manager

• Create RKP (Project/Operation Work Plan) annually
• Measure the achievement of performance business results for its business unit
• Make a review of its performance achievements quarterly
• Manage the operating unit effectively and efficiently
• Create an effective project execution plan
• Create an optimal work method to achieve business performance results
• Run a project that meets BMW; cost, quality, time
• Run a management system that includes: safety, time, quality, and risk management
• Maintain owner demands by orienting toward customer satisfaction
• Conduct breakthroughs and innovation in carrying out project execution

• Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanic/Electric/engineering, or other Engineering, Masters degree preferred
• 10 - 15 years of working experience in Contractor Business, preferred in EPC Project
• Ability to handle forecast corporation for growth, revenue, and contract turnover
• Have experience in project construction
• Have experience in reading a financial report
• Strong knowledge of management system
• Create innovation for efficiency
• Ability to lead and coordinate with project/operation team
• Able to make project planning, controlling, and evaluating
