Door Seal Welding Main Pipe (Gasket Refrigerator)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for welding the door seal main pipe to ensure welding quality meets standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of welding equipment, and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

• Conduct quality inspections on completed door seal main pipe welds to ensure there are no cracks, missed welds, or other defects.

• Ensure that the equipment is functioning properly.

• Conduct quality inspections on welded gaskets or rubber to ensure there are no cracks, missed welds, or other defects.

• Collaborate with other welders and production teams to ensure smooth operation of the production line.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, preferably in a welding-related field. Possession of a welding-related professional qualification certificate (e.g., welders license, especially welding for Gasket/Rubber).

• Familiarity with welding processes

• Proficient in operating welding equipment such as arc welders, gas welders, and hot melt machines.

• Familiar with welding quality inspection methods such as visual inspection and seal integrity testing.

• Familiar with welding safety procedures and able to properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Candidates who have undergone welding safety training are preferred.

• Possess problem-solving abilities and able to quickly address abnormal situations during welding processes.
