About the Role
We are seeking a highly accomplished manufacturing leader to join our leadership team as Downstream Manufacturing Director. In this role, you will lead and operate manufacturing site(s) in alignment with Perusahaan standards and strategic objectives, driving operational excellence across service, cost, productivity, quality, innovation, and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE).
This Posisi holds end-to-end accountability for manufacturing operations, continuous improvement initiatives, capital investment, and people leadership. The Downstream Manufacturing Director plays a critical role in delivering strong financial performance, enabling sustainable growth, and ensuring effective collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
