About the role

PT MBH Management is looking for a talented Drafter to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for translating architectural designs and plans into technical drawings and specifications. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our Architecture and Design department.

What youll be doing

1. Produce detailed and accurate technical drawings, plans, and specifications based on architects and designers concepts

2. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure drawings and plans meet all relevant standards and requirements

3. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create, modify, and update design documents

4. Contribute to the development of design solutions by providing feedback and recommendations

5. Maintain thorough documentation and records of all design work

6. Ensure all design work is completed within project timelines and budgets

What were looking for

1. Proven experience as a Drafter or similar technical design role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry

2. Strong proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp

3. Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills

4. Ability to interpret and understand architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications

5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

6. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

7. Effective communication and collaboration abilities
