Requirements:

  • Age 20 - 30 years

  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent

  • Have 1 - 3 years experience in drafting PIB/PEB

  • Able to operate and understand technically the PIB Module, Ceisa 4.0, SSM Karantina

  • Able to operate Microsoft Office especially Excel

  • Understand the flow of imports, exports, and government regulations well

  • Understand import and exports documents, especially invoices and COO

  • Understand HS Code and the process of fulfilling lartas

  • Must be thorough and neat in documentation

  • Willing to be placed in Cakung, Jakarta Timur

Job Description:

  • Make a draft of various types of PIB/PEB Modules

  • Checking the completeness of shipping documents

  • Make reports to supervisors

  • Document Filing

  • Carry out work according to SOP procedures
