About the role

PT.SWE DEVELOPMENT LOMBOK is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing and Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in West Nusa Tenggara, where you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns and managing exceptional events that support the companys growth and brand strategy.

What youll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the companys products and services

  2. Organise and manage high-profile events, conferences, and activations that align with the companys marketing objectives

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and materials for various marketing channels

  4. Analyse marketing and event performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the companys marketing and event strategies

  6. Manage and mentor a team of marketing and event professionals to ensure the successful delivery of all initiatives

What were looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a marketing or event management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications and Event Management industries

  2. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and executing high-quality events

  3. Excellent project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  5. Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique and impactful marketing and event concepts

  6. Proficiency in using marketing and event management software and tools
