JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build & monitoring Online Shopping Channel through marketing ads spending, promotions and new product introductions.
- Responsible for planning, managing, and analyzing campaigns with Strategy & Planning leads, providing necessary optimizations; compiling post-mortem reports for campaigns and monthly cross-platform actualization reporting both conventional and digital media.
- Support day-to-day operations of Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop including product uploads, price updates, and inventory sync.
- Execute campaign mechanics, platform tools (e.g. vouchers, bundles, flash sales), and upload assets in alignment with marketing calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, design) to ensure accurate product information, availability, and timely campaign execution.
- Monitor and maintain store health metrics, seller ratings, response time, and penalties across all platforms.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of KOL, affiliate, and influencer programs linked to e-commerce campaigns.
- Collect and update daily/weekly data on traffic, sales performance, top SKU's, and competitor activity to support decision-making.
- Provide operational support for marketplace ads setup and budget tracking.
- Liaise with platform representatives for issue resolution, campaign registration, and store improvements.
- Generate new ideas for photo catalog, seasonal decoration and other types of content.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace execution roles, preferably in moving categories.
- Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, sales pressure, and dynamic priorities.
- Familiar with major seller centers (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, website) and platform mechanics.
- Strong attention to detail, data handling, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking performance and campaign planning.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong bias toward execution, problem-solving, and accountability
