About the role

Become a key member of the Sales Operation team at PT DS Solutions International, a leading provider of dental supplies in Indonesia. In this full-time role based in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for the company's diverse dental product portfolio.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively engage with and support the sales team in all areas of the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfillment
2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as the logistics and customer service teams, to resolve any issues or queries
4. Maintain detailed records of all sales-related activities and provide regular reporting to management
5. Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to grow the customer base

What we're looking for

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
2. Proven experience in a sales operations or customer service role minimum 1 Year, preferably within the dental or medical supplies industry

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues
5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
6. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
7. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
8. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
