Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow in the education industry. You will work closely with our team of counsellors to provide essential support to students throughout their application process for various educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counselling: Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.

2. Program & University Guidance: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on a wide range of educational programs, universities/colleges (local and/or international), admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

3. Follow-up & Support: Maintain regular communication with students throughout the application cycle, providing ongoing support and addressing any queries or concerns.

4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, admissions officers, and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest trends, policies, and developments in the education sector, both domestically and internationally.

6. Promotional Activities: Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and other promotional events to attract new students and promote our services.

7. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team recruitment targets.

8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help and guide students.

4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with learning new software/CRM systems.

6. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative.

7. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or an administrative role is a plus, but not required.

8. Knowledge of the local and/or international education system is an advantage.
