Educational Consultant

About the role

Were looking for an experienced Educational Consultant to join our growing team at Golden Gate Education in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This full-time role will see you working closely with students and their families to provide expert guidance and support throughout their educational journey.

What youll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each students unique needs, goals and learning style

• Developing customised education plans and recommending suitable programmes, institutions and resources

• Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students, helping them stay motivated and on track

• Liaising with schools, universities and other educational providers to coordinate admission, enrolment and support services

• Organising information sessions, workshops and other events to educate students and families

• Analysing market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities for our clients

• Maintaining detailed records and preparing insightful reports on student progress and outcomes

What were looking for

• Minimum 1 year experience as an educational consultant or in a related student support role

• Excellent knowledge of the education system, admission requirements and student support services

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to each individuals needs

• Passion for helping students reach their full potential and a genuine commitment to their success

• Familiarity with education planning software and student information management systems
