Assist in planning and executing e-commerce campaigns from ideation to go-live 2. Support competitor benchmarking, market research & campaign analysis 3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Category, Creator, Ops) for campaign needs 4. Help monitor campaign performance and prepare post-mortem reports 5. Contribute creative ideas for campaign mechanics, trends, and content Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 1. Final year student 2. Strong interest in e-commerce, marketing, or digital campaigns 3. Comfortable using Excel/Sheets and creating simple decks 4. Great attention to detail and time management 5. Able to commit at least 3 months full-time Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience handling or supporting a project (campus project, org event, freelance, etc.) 2. Familiar with Tokopedia and TikTok trends or e-commerce ecosystem (especially for Electronics & Automotive) 3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 4.
