Enterprise Presales Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning or presales roles, preferably within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) or System Integrator industry.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in network configuration, including switches, routers, GPON, and firewall devices.

• Existing network or connections with device principals, ISPs, and other network providers is highly desirable.

• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proactive, highly motivated, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to translate customer needs into appropriate product and technical solutions.

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Design and prepare network solutions including configurations for switches, routers, GPON, and firewalls, aligned with customer requirements.

• Provide technical consultancy during the pre-sales stage to ensure offered solutions meet business and technical expectations.

• Build and maintain relationships with principals, hardware vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), and other network providers.

• Support tender processes, including the preparation of technical proposals, solution designs, and relevant documentation.

• Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings in the internet provider and system integrator industries.

• Actively contribute ideas and initiatives to improve product offerings and pre-sales processes.
