Entry Permit Supervisor

Responsibility

• Oversee the issuance, distribution, and return of employee ID cards.

• Ensure ID card procedures are followed consistently and securely.

• Handle cases of lost, misused, or unauthorized ID card usage.

• Coordinate with HR, IT, and Security teams to integrate ID card systems with attendance and access control systems.

• Prepare regular reports on ID card activities.

• Provide strategic recommendations to management for improving GA operations.

• Guide and supervise staff in daily operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree, preferrably from IT or System Information. 

• 2-3 years experience handling security management system/ administration system/HRIS, and assisting expatriate. 

• Well organized and digital savvy. 

• Fluent in English.

• Willing and committed to 1 year employment contract.
