Environmental Compliance Intern

We are offering an internship opportunity for undergraduate students majoring in Environmental Engineering to join the General Affairs (GA) team at a Japanese FMCG company. The intern will gain hands-on experience in environmental permit management (UKL/UPL), environmental monitoring, reporting, and administrative support in a factory setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental surveys and identify potential issues in the factory area

• Collect, analyze, and report environmental data (water, air, soil)

• Assist in preparing compliance reports such as RKL/RPL and Rintek

• Support documentation of environmental activities and administrative tasks (e.g., letters, records)

• Learn and support processes related to waste management and production systems

• Provide basic technical support in internal data management systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as government agencies, industrial estate management, and consultants

Requirements

• An active undergraduate student in Environmental Engineering

• Basic knowledge of environmental regulations and analysis

• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in a team

• Willing to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months at the factory site in Cibitung, West Java.
