ERP Solution Sales
Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT industry.
2. Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals.
3. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
4. Provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
5. Understand client business challenges and objectives, and propose tailored IT solutions.
6. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution value.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the IT industry or consulting company as a Solution Sales.
2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, INFOR, or custom applications.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Proven ability to approach, engage, and close deals with customers.
5. Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
6. Experience in holding and managing accounts.
7. Strong track record in closing deals.
