Role: Event & Community ExecutiveWe are looking for a creative and outgoing Event & Community Executive to help us design and execute engaging events and community activities. This role combines event organizing (EO) with community building, and offers the unique opportunity to also act as an MC/host to keep events lively and engaging.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute creative workshops, community gatherings, and events.
Manage event operations: venue, vendors, logistics, schedules, and budgets.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and participants.
Act as MC/host during events (welcome guests, moderate sessions, keep energy high).
Create post-event reports (attendance, feedback, documentation).
Support event promotion through social media in collaboration with the marketing team.
1-2 years of experience in event organizing, community management, or public speaking.
Confident in public speaking (MC, host, or moderator experience).
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Friendly, approachable, and passionate about community engagement.
Bonus: experience in lifestyle or youth-focused creative events.
Competitive salary (IDR 5-7 million depending on experience).
