Field Collection Team Lead

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and motivate the Field collections team to achieve targets

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

• Resolve escalated cases and support complex collections

• Ensure process adherence and compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with other departments to improve collection process and strategies

Requirements:

• Min. Education Diplomas Degree (D3)

• Proven experience in Field Collections or a similar leadership role minimum for 3 years

• Strong understanding of collections processes and regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
