Key Responsibilities
Conduct canvassing activities to open new sales points/outlets.
Deliver presentations and negotiations to potential partners/outlets.
Execute promotional events (e.g., product sampling, brand introduction) during new outlet activations.
Report prospecting activities, outlet progress, and sales performance to the company.
Achieve sales targets and new outlet acquisition goals as set by the company.
Working Hours
Flexible schedule, averaging 8 hours per day, adjusted to operational needs
Monday-Friday: ± 8 hours/day
Saturday/Sunday (tentative): ± 4 hours/day, depending on events or activations
Note on Events:During new outlet activations, our team runs sampling and promotional events to introduce products directly to consumers.
These activities are scheduled according to each outlets peak hours and local business culture.
Events may start early in the morning (around 07:00) to catch morning traffic or begin later in the afternoon (around 16:00) and run into the evening when consumer activity is highest.
Even with these adjustments, total working hours will not exceed 8 hours per day.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or event marketing is a strong plus.
Willing to work with a flexible schedule aligned with outlet and event needs.
Able to work with targets, high mobility, and field assignments.
Proficient in basic tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must own a personal vehicle and a laptop.
Ability to own mistakes / Humility / Resourceful / Resilient / Listening Skills / Adaptability and Flexibility / Focus on the Outcomes of the Results / Do not dwell on endless conceptual debates or unproductive meetings.
