Finance & Accounting Operations

Were looking for a Finance & Accounting Operations professional who can blend strong financial acumen with a strategic mindset. This role is at the heart of ensuring our day-to-day financial and accounting processes run smoothly, while also contributing to the bigger picture of sustainable growth.

What youll be doing:

• Handle daily finance operations, including payment processing, cash flow management, and expense monitoring.

• Manage accounting activities such as journal entries, reconciliations, and accurate financial record-keeping.

• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, identifying insights that drive operational efficiency and growth.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting.

What were looking for:

• Solid experience in Finance and Accounting with hands-on daily operations.

• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect numbers to business impact.

• Skilled in financial analysis; forecasting experience is a strong plus.

• Background in the Retail industry is highly preferred.

• Preferably, graduates from UI, Unpar, Unpad, Maranatha, UGM, or Binus should have a degree in Accounting or Financial Management.

• A detail-oriented yet big-picture thinker, comfortable working in a dynamic and growing environment.
