Finance Accounting & Tax Manager

We are a growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure and development projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to join our dynamic team.

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance, accounting, and taxation functions in compliance with prevailing regulations.

• Lead the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.

• Monitor and improve internal control systems and accounting procedures.

• Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting in accordance with applicable tax laws.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government agencies.

• Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

• Provide financial analysis and risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters degree or professional certification such as CPA, CA, or Brevet A & B is an advantage).

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards (PSAK), and accounting best practices.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Willing to Work on Saturday
