FINANCE ACCOUNTING & TAX SENIOR STAFF

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in accounting, economy or related degrees.

• At least 3-10 years of working experience in the same field.

• Proficient in English both writing & speaking.

• Good interpersonal, analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to details.

• Ability to adapt, organize team and influence other people.

• Strong knowledge of accounting system & PSAK standard in Indonesia.

• Strong knowledge of audit process and financial report of the company.

• Good understanding of taxation regulation in Indonesia.

• Having Brevet A and B certification.

• Having experience operating Accurate Online software is preferable.

Job Description :

• Manage companys financial management e.g. cash flow, time deposit, bank accounts etc.

• Manage invoice, manage A/R & A/P of the company.

• Prepare monthly financial report to the management : B/S & P/L.

• Manage regular payment to vendors, tax office & related parties.

• Ensure timely tax calculation, payment and reports of the company.

• Planning for tax allocation while still comply with regulations to minimize tax burden of the company.

• Create monthly closing journal to record sales, depreciation, adjustment etc.

• Check and ensure all journal entries recorded properly and correctly.

• Manage and complete companys financial audit every year.

• Handle tax audit process with the tax office (if any).

• Communicate with tax consultant, tax office and related companies.
