Finance Controller / Accounting (HOTEL)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE In Hotels

As the Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial accounting and reporting for the company. Responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals, you will ensure accurate and timely financial statements, compliance with relevant regulations, and the implementation of robust financial controls. This full-time position is based in East Jakarta, Jakarta.

What youll be doing

• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure efficient operations

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of financial data

• Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations

• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures

• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the accounting function

What were looking for

• A bachelors degree in Accounting.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounting / Finance Manager or in a senior accounting role, preferably within the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry (Preferred in Hospitality)

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

• Able to joint ASAP.
