Finance Manager

Job Description

• Manage and oversee all Perusahaan financial activities end-to-end, including cash flow, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and on time.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic management decision-making.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Responsible for tax calculations and reporting (VAT, income tax, etc.) in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Manage financial operations related to marketplaces (such as Shopee, TikTok Seller Center, etc.), including transaction reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
• Identify, evaluate, and improve inefficient or inaccurate financial workflows/processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, e-commerce) to ensure proper integration of financial data.
• Develop more effective financial systems and SOPs to support rapid business growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, with prior experience as a supervisor/manager being an advantage.
• Experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is mandatory.
• Must have a strong understanding of marketplace operations (Shopee, TikTok Seller Center, etc.) and be accustomed to handling high transaction volumes.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Able to prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High initiative in identifying issues and implementing process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and highly accurate.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and accounting/ERP systems.
