Job Description

1. Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Fully responsible for product certification and licensing processes, including registration and renewal of permits with the Ministry of Health (AKD/AKL), BPOM, and HALAL certification.
• Act as the main liaison between the Perusahaan and government institutions or related regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all product labels, benefit claims, and packaging comply with applicable legal regulations to avoid marketing ethics violations.

2. Product Claim & Quality Validation

• Manage and validate all product claims (such as efficacy tests or laboratory tests) before products are launched to the market.
• Handle technical complaints or product discrepancy claims and provide research/data-based solutions.

3. Product-Market Fit (PMF) & Consumer Insights

• Design and lead market research (surveys) prior to new product launches to validate consumer needs.
• Conduct data sampling and target audience analysis to ensure products have relevant market value for consumers.
• Interpret research findings into strategic recommendations for product feature or specification development to management.

4. Third-Party & Survey Coordination

• Manage collaboration with third parties (research agencies, testing laboratories, or survey vendors) in conducting PMF studies.
• Supervise third-party methodologies to ensure the resulting data is accurate and objective.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Law (with strong experience in Regulatory Affairs).
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in R&D or Regulatory Affairs, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory level.
• Strong understanding of licensing procedures in OSS, BPOM systems (e-reg), and Halal certification systems (Sihalal).
• Able to perform basic statistical data analysis from market survey results and compile them into strategic reports.
• Capable of managing project workflows from ideation, licensing, to launch preparation stages.
• Highly detail-oriented in reviewing legal documents and product technical specifications.
• Possess strong communication skills and good relations with government bureaucracies and market research vendors.
