Some of your duties will include:

  • The Business Analyst is responsible to analyze the business and system improvements that we might need, including making a system design, process flow diagram, performing comprehensive testing scenarios, and coordinating with IT department and other stakeholders to ensure the implementation of a new system will be successful.
  • Business Analyst will be a key user from SCM while we make a design on SCM Control Tower.
  • Analyze and assess the new and modification request on SCM reports such as custom report for SAP MM, Power BI report, and SAP Ariba report.
  • Implement and maintain purchasing policy, procedures and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within Perusahaan and its suppliers.
  • Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and ensure compliance with Perusahaan standard operating procedures.
  • Evaluate broad market knowledge of commodities, costs, market drivers and be able to produce analytic Posisis to assist in carrying out our procurement and budget forecasting activities.
  • Provide direction and coordination with the Business Process Group regarding the development, implementation and updating of the supply and transport consolidation modules of the Ellipse materials management system, Quadrem E-Business systems. OAS Strategize system and other systems.
  • Review and analyze purchasing and import/export reports, records and directives, and confer with managers/ supervisors to obtain data required for planning department activities such as new commitments, status of work in progress, Government of Indonesia compliance reporting and problems encountered, maintaining master list and other importation compliances.
  • Ensure prompt and proper resolution of any claims arising out of supply or procurement activities.
  • Provide interdepartmental support and expertise in reporting, permitting and dealings with various Governmental Agencies including Department of Mines, Indonesian Investment Board (BKPM), Customs, Department of Industry and Trade including occasional presentation of work plans and domestic support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically as a Programmer Analyst. Preferred: Proven experience as both a Programmer and System Analyst, with involvement in business process improvement and system implementation projects.
  • Experience working with procurement-related systems and applications, including SAP, Oracle, contract management systems, and spend analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement, maintain, and improve purchasing policies, procedures, and procurement systems while ensuring compliance among internal users and suppliers.
  • Strong capability to evaluate departmental processes and practices and verify alignment with Perusahaan Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and governance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze commodity markets, cost structures, market trends, and key business drivers to support procurement strategies, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Experience coordinating system developments, enhancements, and business process changes with cross-functional teams, including Business Process Groups and operational stakeholders.
  • Proficient in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise systems, including Ellipse Materials Management Modules, Quadrem e-Business Systems, OAS Strategize, and related applications.
  • Ability to review and analyze purchasing, import/export reports, records, and directives, and consolidate data required for planning, compliance, and Government of Indonesia reporting requirements.
  • Strong understanding of procurement-related compliance requirements, including master list administration, importation processes, and related regulatory obligations.
  • Experience managing procurement-related claims processes, ensuring timely investigation, coordination, documentation, and resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prepare reports, permits, and regulatory documentation, and effectively liaise with government agencies such as the Department of Mines, BKPM, Customs, and the Department of Industry and Trade.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills, including the ability to present work plans, compliance updates, and system improvement initiatives when required.
  • Capable of performing assigned duties with a strong focus on data accuracy, regulatory compliance, system integrity, and stakeholder service excellence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and system troubleshooting skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities; High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and data quality; Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; Computer literate.

Working Lokasi: Site Based – West Sumbawa

Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)
