To run maintenance of LNG Facility in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunication effectively and efficiently.
Some of your duties will include:
Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead a team of electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication technicians from ANG and also from vendors/service providers.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Organize EIT team in case of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Ensure that Perusahaan policies and systems are clearly understood and implemented effectively and efficiently by each subordinate and service providers / vendors.
Electrical and Instrumentation Systems Management:
- Assisting SUPT M/E in developing & implementing plan of activity Maintenance of EIT systems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems, including control systems, sensors, and safety systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and standards.
Telecommunication Systems Oversight:
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems, including data networks, communication lines, and security systems.
- Collaborate with AMNT IT departments and/or service provider professionals to maintain secure and efficient communication networks.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects.
- Coordinate with other AMNT departments to ensure seamless execution of EIT activities within the LNG Facility.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication systems.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with engineering specifications and standards.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the EIT team.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Training and Development:
- Provide training and development opportunities for EIT staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance.
Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, safety metrics, and equipment reliability.
What skills and experience do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in EIT maintenance and supervision in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or LNG environments.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience with a strong commitment to promoting and maintaining a safety-focused culture.
- Expertise in supervising installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication systems in LNG facilities.
- Ability to plan, assign, and coordinate EIT team resources for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Strong capability in interpreting technical documentation (electrical drawings, instrumentation diagrams, telecom schematics) and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Skilled in monitoring equipment performance, reviewing inspection/test results, and implementing corrective actions or technical improvements.
- Experienced in leading toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident investigations, as well as managing contractor/vendor performance and compliance.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate maintenance records, asset performance data, and coordinating cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and other departments.
- Effective leader with strengths in team development, coaching, decision-making, collaboration, and change management, with certifications aligned to AMMAN competency standards and applicable regulations.
