Role Description The Presales System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jakarta. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design appropriate system solutions, and prepare technical proposals and presentations. The Presales System Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical workshops for prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating system architectures, providing technical recommendations, supporting solution deployment planning, and responding to technical inquiries. The role also includes collaborating with implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with best practices, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
Solution Design and Architecture
- Needs Analysis: Understand customer's business requirements, challenges, and goals.
