Finance Refund Support

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Finance Refund Support to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end airline ticket refund process — from requesting refunds through our GDS system and BSPLink, to ensuring accurate refund amounts, and processing the invoices or payouts back to agents. You will handle cases of moderate complexity, requiring careful analysis of data and sound judgment within established procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and validate refund requests submitted by agents on a daily basis.
• Process refunds in the designated GDS system and via BSPLink.
• Respond to agents queries related to their refund cases.
• Ensure all work meets the teams minimum quality standards.
• Report issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of each case to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably with prior experience in the travel industry or a related field.
