About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team at PT SUMMIT TRAVEL GOODS' in Jepara, Central Java. As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our company. This full-time position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
What you'll be doing
Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly and yearly financial statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) requirements.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for better financial decision-making.
What we're looking for
Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry of bags or similar products.
Experience working in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a finance team.
Proficient in preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, and understanding tax regulations.
