Financial Controller

Job Description:

1. Oversee all financial, accounting, and reporting activities of the company

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS

3. Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards

4. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes

5. Establish and monitor internal controls and financial efficiency

6. Liaise with internal/external auditors, regulators, and senior management

7. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounting team

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance; Masters degree (MBA) is an advantage

2. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA)

3. Proven experience working in large corporations or multinational companies is strongly preferred

4. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role

5. Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian taxation

6. Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, etc.)

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Strong leadership, communication, and high integrity

9. Fluent in English
