About the role

PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk is seeking a talented and experienced Fixed Asset Office Staff to join our team in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our financial accounting and reporting operations, with a focus on managing and maintaining our fixed asset records.

What youll be doing

  • Performing detailed fixed asset accounting, including reconciliation, depreciation calculations, and reporting

  • Maintaining comprehensive fixed asset registers and supporting documentation

  • Coordinating physical fixed asset verifications and inventories

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting related to fixed assets

  • Providing support to the accounting team in the analysis and resolution of fixed asset-related issues

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve fixed asset management processes

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as fixed asset Accounting/Auditor

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Accounting

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, depreciation methods, and fixed asset management

  • Proficiency in using financial and accounting software, such as SAP, EAM Maximo and ERP systems, Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

  • Permanent
