Fleet Section Head (Spv)
Job Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or fleet business, preferably with supervisory experience
Strong understanding of fleet sales processes, B2B negotiation, and customer relationship management
Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a dynamic sales environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
Fluent in English (Verbal and Written), good command of Mandarin is an advantage
Job Descriptions:
Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, including corporations, government institutions, and business partners
Create and implement fleet sales strategic plan based on company strategic goals
Execute fleet sales strategies and initiatives set by upper management to achieve unit and revenue targets
Coordinate with dealer sales teams, and other relevant parties to support fleet customer needs
Monitor aftersales activities and ensure customer satisfaction with fleet products and services
Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet sales activities and performance to the immediate supervisor
Provide insights from the field regarding fleet market trends and customer requirements to management
Ensure proper implementation of fleet programs in accordance with company policies
Presenting products to fleet companies
