The Opportunity

As a Footwear Commercialization, PFC & Development Staff at PT Sepatu Mas Idaman, you will play a crucial role in the companys footwear design operations. This full-time position is based in Bogor, West Java, and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development and commercialization of the companys footwear products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the design and development of innovative footwear products that align with the companys brand and buyers needs

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful commercialization of new footwear designs

3. Develop and maintain partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize production processes

4. Create and develop Production Flow Chart (PFC) for each and every type of new design

5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the companys product development and commercialization processes

What Were Looking For

1. Demonstrated experience in footwear design, with a strong understanding of shoe knowledge, production flow chart and development

2. Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as CAD applications, Adobe illustration, Sketch up & Shoemaster

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address design and commercialization challenges

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

5. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative, high-quality footwear products

6. Candidates who has experience in footwear industry and under graduate from ATK Yogyakarta (D3) is preferable.
