Job Description- Review and verify EXIM billing invoices; submit to Finance/CF team and prepare related reports
- Prepare supporting documents for export-import clearance processes, including insurance documents, Power of Attorney (POA) letters, and Delivery Notification Proof (DNP)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital archives of EXIM documentation
- Compile and submit accurate daily activity reports
- College students preferably majoring in Logistics, Management Transportation, or a related field
- Basic understanding of export-import processes and documentation requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage documentation efficiently
- Effective communication and coordination skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Full-time paid internship for 6 months (July-December).
