Job descriptions 1. Maintain and troubleshoot project equipment, leading maintenance workers in maintenance, scheduled inspections, and on-site visits to customer equipment.2. Manage local XCMG maintenance workers and be responsible for XCMG equipment maintenance.3. Provide training for XCMG maintenance workers and customer drivers and maintenance workers.
What were looking for 1. Aged 25-45, junior high school education or higher, clean criminal record.2. Ability to train maintenance workers and drivers, proficient in repairs and diagnosis of equipment issues.3. Ability to drive a manual service vehicle, with at least two years of team management experience.4. Friendly personality, willing to comply with company work arrangements.
