• Food & Beverage Specialist: You have a portfolio showcasing impactful photography for restaurants, cafes, or bars.

• Brand Leader: You guide clients with creative direction, advising on styling, mood, and visual consistency.

• Critical Thinker: You analyze a brands goals and craft photo concepts that align with their marketing objectives.

• Independent Driver: You excel without hand-holding, planning shoots, managing logistics, and delivering on time.

• Storyteller: Your images dont just look good, they tell a story that drives engagement and conversion.

• Lead all aspects of food and brand photography, shoot planning, styling, directing, and post-production.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual narratives.

• Mentor and coordinate any freelance talent (assistants, stylists) as our photography needs grow.

• Work with the AI content team to integrate your images into automated social media campaigns.

• Develop best practices and templates for shoot workflows, shot lists, and post-processing presets.

• Move fast in 2-week sprints with clear, measurable objectives.

• Communicate asynchronously on Discord—trust and autonomy drive our work.
