Freelance Designer

Responsibilities 

• Design and update digital assets such as web banners, social media posts, newsletters, and ads (static and short-form video).
• Layout monthly booklets and other print assets for our subscription boxes. 
• Develop original graphics and branded elements aligned with each brands unique identity.
• Edit and produce short video ads for social media (Instagram, Meta, YouTube).
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
• Apply feedback and revisions effectively to improve designs before final production.
• Maintain organized design files, ensuring naming conventions and brand guidelines are followed.

Skills & Requirement 

• Degree in Graphic Arts, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent experience in design.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing both static and video-based design work (Required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus).
• Experience working with Figma for layout and web-based design tasks a plus.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and composition, able to create engaging and polished visuals.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and brands in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with a fully remote, international team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Interest in beauty, e-commerce, or Japanese pop culture is a plus
