Front Desk Receptionist
Job Overview Responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support while maintaining a professional and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Being Assistant to Director (meeting schedules, accommodation for business trips).
Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc receptionist tasks.
Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, finding suitable solutions to resolve issues.
Conducting administration related to company letter numbers.
Requirements:
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
Time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
